Tyréns appoints Nilesh Parmar as Managing Director UK

Tyréns has appointed Nilesh Parmar as Managing Director for Tyréns UK, marking another step in the Group’s international growth ambitions and the continued development of its UK operations.

Nilesh joins Tyréns from Arcadis, where he held a number of senior leadership positions over more than two decades. Most recently, he served as Global Insights, Innovation and Partnerships Officer, leading initiatives focused on AI, digital services, partnerships and decarbonisation. He has also held executive leadership roles in both the UK and North America, with responsibility for significant business portfolios and organisational growth.

His appointment comes as the UK businesses enter a new phase of development under the Tyréns brand. The Group sees the UK as a key contributor to its international growth strategy and an important centre for interdisciplinary expertise and client delivery.

Åsa Holmberg, CEO of Tyréns Group, said:

“Nilesh brings a combination of commercial leadership, strategic thinking and international experience that makes him exceptionally well placed to lead our UK business. His track record of building organisations, driving innovation and creating long-term value aligns strongly with Tyréns’ ambitions and culture.”

Commenting on his appointment, Nilesh Parmar said:

“I’m delighted to be joining Tyréns. It’s a group with real ambition, a foundation-owned model that allows it to think long-term, and in Tyréns AKT and Tyréns Hilson Moran, we have two of the most respected names in the UK built environment. That combination is rare, and it’s what drew me here.”

“What I want to bring is a sharp focus on clients and on innovation. I’ve spent my career leading and growing businesses in this sector, and the lesson that has stayed with me is that clients don’t buy services, they buy outcomes and the best outcomes come from teams that are confident enough to do things differently. My role is to give colleagues the platform and the backing to do exactly that, and to help connect our UK expertise with Tyréns’ international ambitions.”

As Managing Director, Nilesh will lead Tyréns in the UK and contribute to the wider strategic development of the Group through close international collaboration. Nilesh formally assumed the role of Managing Director on Monday 05 October 2026.
